Description
**Restaurant Review: Whataburger in Georgetown**
Whataburger in Georgetown offers a mixed dining experience, with passionate staff and inconsistent food quality. While many patrons appreciate the friendly service and the restaurant's commitment to freshly made meals, issues like slow service and incorrect orders mar the experience for others. Some note that the updated system of announcing names for order pickups can be distracting. However, standout employees, like a manager who went the extra mile to assist customers, highlight the restaurant’s dedication to customer satisfaction. Despite the service hiccups, many still cherish this Texan staple, calling it a beloved local gem.

I love going to a place I know the food is always good and hot! The employees are so nice, I was loaded own with my arms full and a worker stopped what ge was doing and came from around the counter to hold the door open fir me! Thanks Waterburger for remaining a Georgetown gem and part of our Texan pride!Food: 5/5
My family went here yesterday and had an awesome experience. We were celebrating my son making all region Chior and celebrating my uncle's birthday. We bought a cake from next door that they weren't willing to cut for us. But Jason went above and beyond to make sure we got it cut and could celebrate.I stupidly made the choice of a red cake. Which the frosting got everywhere. I cleaned up! But Jason was amazing. Best Whataburger manager out there! He so spelled each one of our names correctly which isn't an easy feat.Thank you Jason for an awesome experience.
Don't customize your order here. Twice now, I've added an extra patty for $1.70 only to find it missing what I got home.If you're doing the drive thru, you often are told to park and wait. It can be slow.
We arrived at midnight and have been waiting for nearly 20 minutes, managing to move only two cars. I’m unsure whether it’s the volume of orders or the speed of service that’s causing the delay. If you’re a 24-hour establishment, you should be equipped to handle both busy and slower times, especially on a Saturday night. Update: We opened the bag only to find the burger was cold, and the fries were cold on top and warm in the middle of the box. I will not be returning here.
