When I arrived at 5:20, i... read more I visited Georgetown for a football tournament and placed a catering order with this restaurant for pickup at 5:30, a week in advance. When I arrived at 5:20, it was clear they hadn't even started preparing my order. We didn't receive our food until 6:10, which threw off our schedule for the game. The manager, Trish, was hiding in the back and only came out after a second person requested her presence. Taylor, the person handling to-go orders, was extremely rude and seemed to think it was acceptable to talk harshly to customers who had already paid and been waiting for their orders. When we finally received our food, several items were missing. I will never use this restaurant again and strongly advise against placing any catering or to-go orders with them. The customer service was appalling; they never apologized for the delayed order, nor did they seem concerned about how it affected our team's schedule. I can't believe this restaurant chain thinks this kind of service is acceptable. If I could give negative stars, I certainly would.

It's clear now why I haven't eaten at Chili's in years. I won't be returning.

I ordered off there app. I ordered the Triple Appetizers... 2 Southwestern Eggs and 1 Original Chicken Crisper. That's NOT want I got! I go the Original Chicken Crisper and whole bunch of pickels! I called up there to talk to a manager and of coursethey're busy. I was then told that supposedly the driver called me and said that I want a whole bunch of pickles. Since Iordered from a Chili's app I can't do anything through the doordash app. The manager will probably never called me and I'llprobably be out the money that I spent. Their service has gone way down hill.

We then realized they were working what... read more Came into this chili's for the first time yesterday. It took quite a bit of time to get seated although it was not busy. We then realized they were working what appeared to be short staffed. The very few that were working appeared to be working extremelyhard and doing just about every job. All servers came with a smile and great attitude. They were friendly and helpful. The foodis always good at chili's, but finding good service under stressful conditions is hard. The on duty crew did a fantastic job.Don't forget to thank and be kind to those who are willing to show up to work!
