The tacos are made with kale and sweet potato, topped with salsa. They were quite tasty, though not exceptional. I'm pretty sure the tortilla chips are made from flour, which is fine, just different from what I'm used to.

I've visited this restaurant several times before going vegan, and I can honestly say that the seasonal veggie tacos (just leave out the cheese) are one of the standout dishes on their menu. Last time, they had sweet potato and, if I remember correctly, chard. I opted for the flour tortilla and black beans, and I found it so delicious that I wished I could have more!

During my last visit, they were filled with sautéed kale, sweet potato, and I believe chard. I opted for the flour tortilla and black beans, and it was so delicious that I found myself wanting more!
