Twice now, I've added an extra patty for $1.70 only to find it missing what I got home.If you're doing the drive thru, you often are told to park and wait. It can be slow.

As Whataburger is notoriously slower than most fast foods (cause it’s made FRESH TO ORDER), it was no big deal to wait 8 min for our food. The staff was a mixture of young and more experienced, but they were all pleasant, helpful, and worked well together. We were greeted upon entering and wished a good night when we left. No one complained, made faces, or otherwise made us feel like they were annoyed when we changed our minds and asked for our food to be bagged up so we could leave (we suddenly realized we were short on time). They simply said, “Sure” with a smile and bagged it up (adding napkins, ketchup, and straws). Excellent customer service! The food was delicious as Whataburgers (ONLY IN TEXAS) should be. I was 100% happy with every aspect of this experience! Thank you wonderful staff at GTown Whatabuger!
