A lovely employee from the drive-thru quickly brought me some from their machine. Although my food needed to be redone, they fixed it promptly.

The drive-thru experience was fairly standard, but if you choose to go inside, be prepared for significantly slower service.

The staff really works well considering the tight quarters, all bump into all, layout of the workers part of the shop. Doesn't seem so safe at a workplace compared to the competition Wendys, what it takes to update their stores so it flows safely. This one here in Georgetown KY on Paris Rd is so outdated and lined up that it's a walk that the incredible staff can get any food out. The AC is broken, so that on the heat consulting days the staff is stuck, between 2 grills and a frit with enough space for 2 people to pass each other when they turn sideways. Frosty machines at opposite ends of the store in the back of the house makes it difficult to wander through the store to get a customer a frosty wet in the drive thru or lobby. The maintenance person works with a minimal budget, so it is no surprise that the AC in the back of the house does not work, towel dispenser falls out of the wall in the men's toilet and break a number of other things or do not work properly through the bathroom lobby and staff work area. It's almost like the people who own this joint, just don't worry about the shape in which it is as long as it still takes customers money. The food is good. The staff that tolerates this lunatic by normal company standards) is great and they do their absolute best to make large foods and give the customer the best Wendy experience. The owners, in my opinion, are lacking in a bad way and are definitely dependent on pulling the workers and getting their slip without reward. The hands down are great! Eating is good! Hopefully, the owners wake up at pattman LLC and start to get their physical memory together and give their fantastic employees some relief. Food, service and staff are super tho!
