For the first time, in a very long time came in this evening was only two customers outside and two customers inside it was 4:30. Me and my husband were seated and the girl never came back. 18minutes went by, we got up to leave as we're walking out the door the table to the left(near the bar)she was sitting at the table with six people talking and texting which is a very rare occasion at this restaurant because they are always so slammed. Told her we were leaving because she never came back to get our order and she just said oh and all the people sitting at the table(her co-workers) just looked at us. And we walked out no apology No nothing.. again I've never seen them sitting and talking like that because this place is too busy. Not slamming the Food service industry because it was my first job as a teen. This is not the place I remember.??‍ I know some locals that will be very upset at this post but this was a one-off. I don't know what happened today. I really feel like she forgot we were even here?

The menu i... read more We only ordered sushi so please do not take this rating as anything having to do with the rest of the menu. We arrived at opening time on a Saturday. The menu is extensive with some interesting rolls that were palatable but aggressively mediocre at best (other than the torched salmon roll which was fantastic). Upon delivery of the food we had to catch our servers eye after 10 minutes to ask for plates. He seemed surprised at the request as I felt surprised that that wasn't standard operating procedure. The most incredulous aspect of our visit was the lack of soy sauce dishes. We were given small plastic disposable cups. The reason soy sauce dishes are shallow and wide is for ease of dipping. Considering the price and the lovely saki set I was a bit dumbfounded. Additionally, service was sporadic at best once food was delivered. Quick to take our order but slow to follow up. Considering that we were the 2nd table seated and there were only 7 occupied tables by the time we were done, there really was no acceptable excuse.

The Asian flair was delicious in my Hibachi Rice Bowl and Spring Rolls. There is indoor and outdoor seating. My friend chose indoor seating. The servers were sweet, the food delicious, the prices reasonable .... I'd like to come back and try a Bento Box...haven't had one since heading south. We parked ...
