The staff at this KFC location appear to be discouraged and overwhelmed, likely due to ineffective management. It was upsetting to hear the manager speak negatively about employees in front of both staff and customers. Instead of motivating the team, she was openly reprimanding them. Regardless of the type of business, managers should aim to engage, encourage, and inspire their employees. At one point, the manager even told an employee to stop working for DoorDash because there were customers in the store, implying that DoorDash customers aren’t valued, which is simply baffling. She seemed stressed by the rush and took it out on her team. Overall, the atmosphere seems toxic, and poor management appears to be the main reason for the subpar service—issues like understaffing, missing items in orders, lack of prepared food, and poorly maintained equipment such as drink machines were all evident.

I had to return inside to request an extra piece of chicken, along with napkins, forks, and butter. This was around 7:30 on a Saturday night, a busy time when I expected the restaurant to be well-prepared. It seemed like they were only cooking when orders were placed, leading to delays for everyone. I don’t plan to visit this location again soon. While the staff were not at fault, I believe management needs to reconsider how they handle busy evenings.

The staff was very rude. Trying to place an order was frustrating because they kept interrupting me as if they were in a hurry to finish, even though I still had more items to add. When I got to the window, they didn’t even greet me—just took my card and walked away. I know working in fast food can be challenging—I’ve experienced it myself—but that doesn’t excuse being rude to customers without cause.

When I arrived at the restaurant, I noticed a car in front of me that had been waiting at the drive-thru for 22 minutes. I ended up waiting 12 minutes myself, and the customer ahead of me confirmed her wait time. During our wait, I saw two employees outside smoking. Eventually, they came back inside with headphones on and took the lady's order before mine. To my disappointment, I was informed that they were out of chicken and pot pies—essentially everything except chicken tenders. On top of that, there were no sides available. This was at 8:44 PM, just over an hour before closing time. I ordered tenders for my 3-year-old, who was very hungry. Sadly, the tenders were cold and soggy. I called KFC's customer service line, where I spoke to a very helpful representative; he was truly the only positive part of my experience. He assured me that the issue would be addressed. Unfortunately, when I returned that same night, the same two employees were working and had the same unfriendly demeanor. I asked for a pot pie, and one of the girls told me they couldn't have them readily available—they had to prepare them to order, which would take 25 minutes. For a menu item that should be immediately available, I was surprised that I had to wait. Then, she mentioned that they couldn't cook dark meat chicken until all the white meat was sold out. At this point, it was 7:45 PM, only two hours and 15 minutes before closing. When I questioned why so many items were unavailable, the girl stopped taking my order and passed it off to another employee who was equally unhelpful. I have no intention of returning to this location and will be sure to share my experience with others. It seems that management is unresponsive as well; I've had two negative experiences without any follow-up. Even at 7:45 PM, they had already started putting the chairs up in the lobby.

I received a call from my delivery driver informing me that KFC was out of the chicken I ordered. The restaurant suggested substituting it with wings, but no other options were offered. I was not pleased with this situation.
