We placed our order and were given a number by a young man before settling down. Our first table was infested with ants, so we moved to another spot. When the same young man brought our food, we mentioned the ants, and he responded, "It's raining outside; that's likely why they’re here," showing no real concern for the problem. Sadly, the food didn’t live up to the quality we experienced on our last visit.
Terrance at Fazoli's was absolutely the best. Nowadays, a positive attitude is rare, but he was incredibly kind and had a fantastic demeanor. Even my 12-year-old son noticed how cheerful and friendly he was! We definitely need more Terrances in this world. The menu was great, and the exceptional service made the experience even better. Excellent job!
During our visit to Fazoli's 1740, Chris delivered an exceptional experience. He skillfully handled the front desk, served food, and took great care of all the guests simultaneously. He did everything with a smile and a warm, friendly attitude, making it a joy to interact with him. Fazoli's could definitely use more employees like Chris! Fantastic work, Chris! Thank you for making our time at Fazoli's so memorable.
The restaurant was significantly understaffed, forcing us to handle our own orders and wait for our drinks while the sole employee at the front was occupied delivering food to other tables. The limited amount of tea provided was sour. We experienced a lengthy wait for our food, and there were no refills on the breadsticks.
The service was outstanding – the best I've had in a long time. The staff was consistently friendly and attentive to customers. The restaurant was spotless, and the food was served promptly and at the right temperature. I wholeheartedly give them 5 stars and my highest recommendation!
