JG, the manager, was amazing! My girlfriend and I were short on time for a show at the Palace Theater, and he personally took care of us! He even leapt over a booth to expedite our order. The drinks were perfect and the food was delicious! I've never experienced service like that at B&A before! He's definitely an asset to the restaurant! Cheers!
My husband and I hopped in for a quick drink and bite to eat. We were skeptical when we first walked in. However, my margarita was amazing. We shared the wings and the loaded fries. It was more than enough to share and they were very good.
I really enjoy this place and the variety of events that they hold throughout the week is fun particularly on the Georgetown square. The only downside to this place is there is no dance floor. They try to maximize the people in to the place which I understand that's how they make their money but there is not a place to dance on the Georgetown square. We need a dance hall a fairly good sized dance hall on the Georgetown square.
July22- went to the sing-along piano show. It happens the last Saturday of each month. Tickets were $10 online $15 at the door. Purchased online when we got to the door had a list of who had bought online super easy. Show is great, piano player and thedrummer played and sang for 3 hours straight. You recommend songs on a piece of paper attach a tip and put it in his pile.Played everything from the 60s to current. It was amazing he knew all the words. He would adjust the amount he would have thecrowd sing just right based on how well the crowd knew the music. Crowd was mainly middle-aged. Played all different kinds ofmusic from country to rap, it worked really well. There is also dueling pianos every Friday, plan to see that too. Sliders werestill really good. June22-Went to the bar and restaurant part, not the piano bar. Clean. House sliders and fried pickles werereally good. Huge beer selection, able to give you small samples to find what you want to drink. Music volume was good, lowenough to have a conversation but loud enough to help drown out others. Sports on TVs.
We went to celebrate my husband?s 40th birthday and had the BEST time. The GM and his staff were so accommodating and truly made the evening so special for him. Between the happy birthday the entire bar sang when we walked in, to allowing us to requestsong after song, we really had the best time. We have been before and the drinks are always consistent and taste great. Unlikeother places, it doesn?t matter which bartender makes your drink. If you have a large group or are even just on a date, youwon?t be disappointed. Most fun place on the square in Georgetown!
