Initially, the young employee who took my order seemed disinterested and unenthusiastic. When it came time to pay, there was no opportunity to make any corrections to my order. After a long wait, when we finally received our meals, everything was cold except for one of the chicken strips which we had been waiting for. Additionally, half of my pack looked like it had exploded. It was quite disappointing.

However, what I received was not the sliced Prime Rib I expected, but rather shredded beef. It was quite disappointing.
