Got some of the advertised items. They were very good. The only thing is they appeared to be stingy with the straws. 4 or 5 people told them they were.out of straws by the drinks and they would only give the number of straws requested after they checked your drinks to ensure you were not lying. The food was not quite like it is shown on TV but it was definitely tasty. Overall a good experience. View all feedback.
What Nadia Buckridge doesn't like about Arby's:
Sunday afternoon, had to wait 15 minutes for them to prepare more turkey for my sandwich. Fine, but then my sandwich was missing half the meat! Left half was great, right half barely had anything on it. I had to remake me sandwich when I got home. Plus they forget the bronco berry sauce for the poppers even though we asked for it twice. This time was so disappointing. View all feedback.
I tried several of the advertised items, and they were quite delicious. However, there was an issue with the straws. Four or five people mentioned to the staff that they were out of straws by the drinks, but they only provided the requested number after checking to see if we were actually missing them. The food didn't exactly match what I've seen on TV, but it was certainly tasty. Overall, it was a good experience.
The manager, sporting vibrant dreadlocks and awesome tattoos, was undoubtedly one of the kindest and most professional staff members I've encountered. Someone really needs to give her a raise or something—she deserves it. Truly commendable!
I used a coupon I received in the mail for a $3 Reuben sandwich, which was valid for up to six sandwiches at that price. The sandwich was fantastic and a great bargain. It goes perfectly with a medium order of curly fries.
The service was quick and the food was great. My wife really enjoyed it too, and she's not usually a big meat eater!
I ordered two 5-piece chicken strip combos and a Jalapeño Chicken Bacon Ranch wrap. Initially, the young employee who took my order seemed disinterested and unenthusiastic. When it came time to pay, there was no opportunity to make any corrections to my order. After a long wait, when we finally received our meals, everything was cold except for one of the chicken strips which we had been waiting for. Additionally, half of my pack looked like it had exploded. It was quite disappointing.
