Overall, while Kelsey’s has room for improvement in ambiance and food consistency, the commitment of its staff leaves a positive impression that encourages return visits.
Great service! We loved that the waitstaff brought a complimentary slice of delicious cheesecake for the birthday child at our table!
We were just a few meters away from where a car got crushed by the terrace doors at Kelsey, which was terrifying for our children and the other guests who witnessed the incident. We were completely surprised that neither the manager nor any staff members checked on customers afterward. Our waitress, who was standing right next to the crash site, was visibly shaken and even started crying, yet no one came to support her. This situation could have been handled much better, as many people were in shock.
We made a reservation a week in advance and specifically inquired about their holiday hours. They confirmed that they would be open until 10 PM, but when we arrived, they were closed. Disappointing.
