Our server, Amy, was absolutely fantastic attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable.The drink selection did not disappoint. The spicy caesar was a standout, boasting just the right balance of heat and flavor. And the Ladyfriend IPA from Elora Brewing Co. was a delightful accompaniment to the meal.Moving on to the appetizers, the French onion soup was simply amazing, with rich, savory flavors that left me wanting more. The spicy crab cakes were a highlight of the meal, perfectly cooked and bursting with deliciousness.While the Antojitos were decent, I found them to be a bit dry and lacking in excitement. However, the mushroom flatbread redeemed any shortcomings, offering a satisfying combination of earthy mushrooms and savory toppings.Overall, Copper Kettle Pub exceeded my expectations, thanks in large part to the exceptional service from Amy and a menu filled with tantalizing options. I will definitely be returning for another round soon.
