Lisa, karen and the team were rushed off their feet but managed to cater all of our needs. The place was decorated lovely and everyone was given Christmas crackers. Would definitely recommend and will be booking again next year.

Not one bit Chrimassy, stuck in a cold corner with four rubbish crackers chucked on a dirty sticky table. It was bad and just went down rapidly. In fact, by the time dessert came, being so bad, we actually had to laugh. Would definitely NOT recommend. I 'll be honest, I 'd had the best meal I 'd ever had there a couple of years ago and couldn 't wait. Totally destroyed our Christmas spirit and wallets to boot. All I could hear around us was the stay saying 'sorry about that ' over and over.

(3 people) Obviously under staffed and we were placed in a corner out of the way, this seemed to not help in getting served or being asked for drinks, we had to go to the bar at the other side of pub to get our own drinks. Food was poor to mediocre being generous, we wouldn’t visit for Christmas Day again. I appreciate it must be difficult to get staff at this time of the year but if you are advertising this type of service then should be able to fulfil.

The staff were friendly and provided fantastic service, going a... read more We met up with friends at this restaurant for Sunday lunch and had an amazing dining experience. The staff were friendly and provided fantastic service, going above and beyond to ensure our visit was memorable. The highlight of the meal was definitely the 7-hour slow-cooked rib of beef, which was absolutely spectacular.
