I recently had the pleasure of visiting Tim Hortons, and I must say that it was a delightful experience from start to finish. I would like to take a moment to highlight some aspects that truly impressed me during my visit. First and foremost, the staff at Tim Hortons are exceptional. Aylmer has 2 locations, this one is along the lower aylmer road and I usually frequent it mornings/early mornings. The staff are friendly, can remember regulars orders, and usually the order is fulfilled correctly and efficiently. Again my review is for the morning/day staff. My parents also frequent here for a couple years and the lady with the blonde hair/glasses in the am always knows who they are/their order which is amazing! Keep smiling/being awesome guys, and keep up the good/friendly work!

Most of Aylmer had no power. This Tim's location was extremely busy. There was only 3 people working. They worked well together and the orders were processed quickly despite the high volume of people and the fact that 3 people were able to complete orders quickly. I was very impressed.

Totally unacceptable not to provide a functioning washroom for their clients. The ladies washroom was out of service and the man one didn’t have a functional sink to wash our hands. You are a restaurant with no ways to clean your hands…

Always very good service at this place only negative point is that it is almost impossible to communicate in French and we are not in Quebec
