The worst tim I've ever been the service and so not good the food is always slow and your order always takes at least 20 to 25 minutes before receiving your things the employees never smile across the street never able to say hello too preoccupied to discuss with each other Plus the new manager always looks frustrated then never in a good mood and if it wouldn't be that I work in the walks well I could have this Tim there

Just waited for 40 mins to get food. They had a line up of people with messed up orders. They didn't end up getting our orders correct.

I work in this mall and buy iced coffee from here every shift. I pick up some iced coffees for my co workers along with my own. I buy the same thing every time. One day, the coffee with be dark and bitter. Then the other day, it will be milky and very sweet. I often find that the coffees i order are sometimes almost half empty when they are given to me. Does the manager even correct the workers here? At the start, I supposed that the worker was just new. But no, the workers here are all the same and show not effort in satisfying any customer. I feel that i am never treated with enough respect at this establishment. I don’t know if it is because i speak english when ordering, or because they treat everyone like this. The attitude they give makes everyone feel very unwelcome. I really hope the manager does something about the customer service here. How are the employees all like that?I am definetely not a picky person but i am never satisfied here, don’t recommend.
