Burger King Restaurants - Gatineau

Beautiful reno but tresale restaurant. Scrub floor and beverage station full of liquor on the counter.

Waiting in my car drive thru and the girl strikes up a 15 min conversation with the car ahead of me without giving any food. So I took off. I will keep on ordering and drive thru until owner takes care of this sitiation as this is NOT the first time it happens.

After waiting 20minutes for my food they forgot my sons ice cream blizzard but brought my food. They apologized and said they would bring it to my table. After another 10min I went back to the manager and he looked at me startled after I mentioned not getting the ice cream. He blamed a worker and left to go to his office. Today I went and no one answers at the drive thru. I give up on this place…..

I will not be coming back to this restaurant. They are now charging $0.75 plus tax for each tiny BBQ sauce, which seems like a rip-off. I had to wait over 30 minutes for my meal, which is unacceptable. Just take a look at the photo and you will see why.
