A&W Restaurant - Gatineau

Made an order at 6:10. Estimated delivery time was 6:40. We got the burgers at 7:15. Everything was cold and the fries were limp. Horrendous delivery service. Not worth it for a $40 order. If you are offering delivery services and know it might take time, ATLEAST ensure that the food is fresh and warm (if not hot) for people who are paying 40fkn$ for three items.

Had lunch there, well you in a gas station. benches were so worn down..i thought i would lose my wallet. yes it a&w you don't expect too much but still. my burger was cold.. like really cold, my bread was dry. yes it was made like i asked at least. fries were soso. i'm all i won't go back to this location. yurk

I LOVE this restaurant chain yet this location (next to the Provisoir) is NOT the best of A&W yet if you like the spicy chipotle mayo with your sweet potato fries they DO treat you to an extra large portion. Burger was not fresh (meh) but the fries were nice and hot. Still better than McD's

Service is very fast this very clean place and the staff is smiling and polishing the hot food what better! the to and w are rare but starts to get more and more super!

A real joke. Long waiting for burgers warmed up in the microwave... I won't put my feet back to this place. cheap, cheap and cheap.
