I had the... read more I had the opportunity to try Backdraft at a local food truck day in Johnson City, TN. The food is everything I had heard from others just suburb BBQ. I had the sliced brisket sandwich with cole slaw. The taste is still with me. I wish they were in the area more often although I hear that make it to Atlantic Ale House on occasion so I will be on the lookout. I really hope to try much more of the menu .. the food truck event is not the best way to fully experience a food truck menu as they keep a limited menu due to the size of the crowd and need to quickly deliver food. I will be on the lookout for return visit!! I think they visit YeeHaw Brewery in Johnson City as well on occasion.
