The service here is incredible, even if it can be a bit abrupt at times. However, the food is fantastic, especially if you’re in the Tri-Cities area. They serve great burgers, hot dogs, and fries. The staff is always quick and friendly! If you see a brightly colored drive-thru when you visit, don't hesitate to stop by and enjoy the delicious food they offer. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Pal's Sudden Service:
I ordered a hot dog with ketchup and chili, but what I received was just a plain hot dog—nothing else. I had to wait for the fries, and then my order, which was incorrect when I received it, was read back to me two more times to ensure it was right. At this point, nobody else had been served. The food is always good for the most part and the service is great too but when coming to getting employed there it seems they make it hard for you to get a job and very picky but other than that it’s a great place to eat not so much place to try and work at. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Love this Pals Got 4 chipped hot ham and cheese and 2 large frenchie fries large peachie tea for our family of 4 and it was delicious !
