The food is generally good, but I've had a couple of off experiences, including once receiving ice cream that tasted like cleaning products. The service is what really makes me hesitate about returning more often. On several occasions, the older staff members have been unnecessarily rude. I called to place an order for the first time, and unfortunately, the woman on the phone was extremely rude. She sighed heavily after every question I asked, and since I was ordering for my family of four, she seemed very annoyed with me. While I understand that taking orders is part of her job, a little professionalism would go a long way. When I finally finished my order, she asked for my name, but after I provided it, she abruptly hung up on me without giving me any details about the price or when I could pick up my food. I've heard great things about the food, but I've also heard numerous complaints about the service. Now I see why so many people had warned me about the rude and unhelpful staff!
Evan is an amazing cook! My server, Katie, is always so friendly. This is my favorite place for dinner!
Fantastic food and wonderful staff! I had their Taco Salad today, and it was absolutely delicious!
Overall amazing place. Always good food, nice and friendly waiters and staff, and nice customers. Parking: Around 20 spots plus 1 trailer spot Kid-friendliness: Very kid friendly Wheelchair accessibility: Easily accessible to people with special handicap needs and wheelchairs
The people that work there were so nice the food was ok I couldn't finish my burger because it didn't taste right I wish I would have gotten something different ? I definitely want to go back and try something else because the atmosphere and people were so nice.
