The staff are ve... read more First off, excellent customer service. They are very attentive, but not in that vulture like way some restaurants make front of house act like. The staff are very informed about the food, and you just feel welcomed. On to the food. Point blank, it's delicious. I had the hickory bourbon chicken and loaded mashed potatoes and oh I was in heaven. Chicken was cooked perfectly and the mashed potatoes were clearly not instant mash, and yet came out creamy as can be. Loved it. My mom had the cheeseburger and said it was delicious. They have a great salad bar and selection of foods. Prices are okay for the amount and quality of the food. The atmosphere is nice as well. I highly recommend giving this Ruby Tuesdays a try.

Salad bar was good. Husband had the ribs and chicken tenders. He really liked the ribs. I had the sirloin steak with the shrimp. Shrimp were good but the steak was undercooked. I didn't send it back because I brought it home and re-warming will make it right. I also had the wild berry lemonade which was very good! We had a coupon for 50% off one entree so it made the prices seem more reasonable. We would go back.
