not too bad. pretty busy little place, but moving in a good pace. I also enjoyed eating. I often lay this position and everything they are pretty good. I literally fit one to get to this because this is much better. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Wendy's Restaurant:
Worst customer service I've ever experienced in my entire life at a fast food local. Didn't even use the drive-thru cause was moving on a truck that didn't fit so had to go inside the store and even though they saw me, they ignored me. Waited a couple ofminutes, tried to call someone to help me get my order and after several failed attempts leave the place really angry andfrustrated. Thank God there was a McDonald's... Went to the drive thru. They are always busy so I was in line for awhile. But the food is good and it's close to home.

I wish there was some way to give negative stars. This was the worst Wendy's I have ever been to. Needless to say, I will NOT be going back. To start off with, the cashier, Marissa, was high as hell. She was vaping a dab pen while we were ordering. Shecouldn't get the order right, and we had to keep correcting her to get it put in the register what we were wanting. Shepractically threw the receipt at me when we got done with our order. Then there was the order. There was a hair in the frenchfries, there was no cheese, bacon, or sauce on the Asiago chicken sandwich, the chili was cold, and the nuggets were so hard wecouldn't eat them. Then there were other customers that were being turned away because the orders were so messed up that thestaff couldn't figure out what went where. The worst thing about the whole experience was when the cashier turned away one ofour Military Veterans. The lady was just plain rude. But with this being said, not all Wendy's are the same. Thankfully.Hopefully anyone reading this that decides to brave this establishment will have a better experience than we did. Good luck
Nice service if you eat in. If you have it delivered, expect a nightmare. You never get a complete order. Something is always wrong or missing.
Response time, horrible. Stress levels, way too high being that it's a slow night. Ignorant to their own store number. Incapable of knowing their crew member names. Incapable of correcting their errors, rather loose their selves to emotion. Screamed at by aBelligerent employee who should be unemployed
