What Michael Burgess doesn't like about Joe Muggs:
I previously worked at a coffee shop where the cashier would prepare regular coffee orders right away so the barista could focus on making espresso drinks. Unfortunately, that was not the case at this restaurant. When I ordered 2 black iced coffees, the woman taking our order left the cups for the barista and started doing dishes instead. This is a nice spot to enjoy a cup of coffee. I appreciate the cozy atmosphere and the nearby bookshop. However, I would prefer if they did not push subscriptions on me. View all feedback.
