I was greeted by a really friendly young man who was cheerful and helpful. I picked up three bags of coffee and six donuts, and everything was great. I enjoyed my coffee while my grandson eagerly awaited the donuts. Excellent service from that young man!

I went to the location on Ridge Road in Gary and was not happy. It took over 10 minutes to get a coffee. The counter full of donut crumbs and the help was rude.... read more I went to the location on Ridge Road in Gary and was not happy. It took over 10 minutes to get a coffee. The counter full of donut crumbs and the help was rude. Then my coffee was mildly warm. Not hot. I usually go to the Dunkin on Grant Street where I always get great service. I will not return to the Ridge Road location.
