All right, car line pretty long on that hot morning. Honored by a really friendly face, young man was really happy and helpful. I bought my 3 bags of coffee and 6 donuts and everything was good. I must have my coffee and my grandson waited for Donutsgreat job young man View all feedback.

This Dunkin’ location is the worst in the district. They consistently fail to prepare even the simplest items, lacking any sense of care or attention.
I went inside to place my order since the drive-thru line was quite long on that hot morning. I was greeted by a really friendly young man who was cheerful and helpful. I picked up three bags of coffee and six donuts, and everything was great. I enjoyed my coffee while my grandson eagerly awaited the donuts. Excellent service from that young man!
I went to the location on Ridge Road in Gary and was not happy. It took over 10 minutes to get a coffee. The counter full of donut crumbs and the help was rude. Then my coffee was mildly warm. Not hot. I usually go to the Dunkin on Grant Street where I always get great service. I will not return to the Ridge Road location.
I love the coffee, but sometimes they don't add the correct amount of sugar or cream.
Although I forgot to go through the correct window, the gentleman helped me anyway. I missed the order-taking window by mistake.
