All right, car line pretty long on that hot morning. Honored by a really friendly face, young man was really happy and helpful. I bought my 3 bags of coffee and 6 donuts and everything was good. I must have my coffee and my grandson waited for Donutsgreat job young man View all feedback.

The quality of this restaurant has declined significantly. With rising prices, it's hard to see how anyone would continue to visit when they don’t seem to listen to customer requests and often serve old or burnt food. They frequently run out of menu items as well. I hardly go there anymore—just once a month—compared to my previous habit of going every day. Additionally, the recent app update is terrible. This place serves the best coffee! The staff, even when it's really busy, are incredibly friendly.
The cashier was difficult to understand and seemed unsure about their inventory. She mentioned they had all kinds of bagels, but after trying to choose from three types, I opted for a plain bagel. It arrived warm but not toasted, and the cream cheese was slopped onto one end, causing the bagel to get squished together. It was a disappointing experience for Dunkin' Donuts.
Considering I forgot to go through the right way the gentleman helped me any way. I did not go thru the order taking window, I forgot to.
Love the coffee sometimes they don't put the right amount of sugar or cream
