Staff is very rude and petty. Refused to get their manager. Food was sloppy and not made correctly. Sandwich maker had attitude and acted like they didn't want to have a job. Was not satisfied. Will never come here again; nor will i let anyone i know eat from this subway ever again for as long as I live not only were they rude and Petty the sandwich area was a complete mess there is cheese strung across everything there was other food sitting inside of containers it didn't belong in a lot of cross contamination I'm very well disgusted that I even purchased food from there I'm so dissatisfied I would rather starve than eat a sandwich I just paid 9 for
Well, I really wanted a sub, but if the glass is that nasty, I don't trust anything else. I'd rather eat some beef jerky than spend the rest of the day with food poisoning.
So so, most of the equipment did not work.Cold sandwiches only not toasted or you can have it microwaved.
The day I visited the vegetables were messy and did not look appealing. On top of that, I bit into the second half of my foot long only to pull away with a long piece of hair connected between my mouth and sandwich. It made me even sicker to know I finished the first half. MANAGERS PLEASE DO YOUR JOB!!!!
Within a week, I took over the store, which had previously failed health inspections and was on the brink of being shut down by corporate. In less than 30 days, I transformed it into the best Subway in the city. I also took over two of his other locations and achieved the same results. I fired all the underperforming staff, hired a new team, and worked tirelessly, even staying late to ensure everything was spotless. My dedication was unwavering, as I poured my heart and soul into these stores. What I witnessed during my recent visit was simply unacceptable. As a vegetarian, I went there hoping to get a veggie patty, but unsurprisingly, they had none in stock. To make matters worse, I saw a young employee vaping inside the store, despite another customer warning him that he could get fired for it. He shrugged off the advice, claiming he did it all the time. This store is truly disgusting, and I feel compelled to report it. It seems no one has taken the initiative to address these issues until now.
