I order breakfast for 2 days in a row on doordash .their app.said order comfirm and then an hour later it has been canceled .They need to get someone in here and get their store in better shape. Bc the Mangerdoesn't know nothing about management. I wish I could leave them with zero stars

The fries are always bland/undercooked, lunch and dinner food is nearly always lukewarm (breakfast is an exception to this most of the time). They pay minimum wage so the employees who work there have no incentive to provide a better experience. Also their fried products always come out tasting off. I believe this is due to using the same oil throughout the entire day (Fries taste like dirt). It's sad because this is the exit I live on and if I'm ever craving Jacks I have to drive up to the next exit to get higher quality food (if you can even say Jacks is high quality lol)

They forgot my iced coffee, and when I brought it up, the staff member just handed me an empty cup and walked away. I had to wait for someone else to assist me, as they were busy with another customer's incomplete order. Eventually, I managed to get someone's attention and explained the situation. However, the employee responded with an annoyed sigh and still gave me the wrong size. Frustrated, I decided to leave. When I got home, I realized I was also missing my other drink.

The staff openly expresses their frustration towards customers who order online, even complaining about them in their presence. Additionally, there was no ice available, and the soda machine was out of order. I'm not sure why this location is still open. I wouldn't recommend wasting your time or money here!
