Bc the Mangerdoesn't know nothing about management. I wish I could leave them with zero stars

They forgot my iced coffee, and when I brought it up, the staff member just handed me an empty cup and walked away. I had to wait for someone else to assist me, as they were busy with another customer's incomplete order. Eventually, I managed to get someone's attention and explained the situation. However, the employee responded with an annoyed sigh and still gave me the wrong size. Frustrated, I decided to leave. When I got home, I realized I was also missing my other drink.

The staff openly expresses their frustration towards customers who order online, even complaining about them in their presence. Additionally, there was no ice available, and the soda machine was out of order. I'm not sure why this location is still open. I wouldn't recommend wasting your time or money here!

When we spoke to the manager, we were told that changing the channels wasn't permitted. We were quite disappointed!
