UPDATE. I emailed jacks like they asked me to do and still no response a month later. Bad customer service all the way around The last 4 times I have been there they have messed up my order. I keep trying to give them a chance but every time it'swrong.
Don't use this store it is mange wrong. I order breakfast for 2 days in a row on doordash .their app.said order comfirm and then an hour later it has been canceled .They need to get someone in here and get their store in better shape. Bc the Mangerdoesn't know nothing about management. I wish I could leave them with zero stars
This morning, I went to pick up a mobile order, and it was quite chaotic. They forgot my iced coffee, and when I brought it up, the staff member just handed me an empty cup and walked away. I had to wait for someone else to assist me, as they were busy with another customer's incomplete order. Eventually, I managed to get someone's attention and explained the situation. However, the employee responded with an annoyed sigh and still gave me the wrong size. Frustrated, I decided to leave. When I got home, I realized I was also missing my other drink.
It appears that placing a mobile order at this Jack's is not a wise choice. The staff openly expresses their frustration towards customers who order online, even complaining about them in their presence. Additionally, there was no ice available, and the soda machine was out of order. I'm not sure why this location is still open. I wouldn't recommend wasting your time or money here!
