Employees were cursing and arguing with both customers and each other. The presence of roaches and mouse droppings was the final straw—I will never return. Reviews here and on Facebook show I'm not alone in this. I'm not one to complain lightly, and I understand that pests can sometimes be an issue in restaurants, but seeing so many is truly disgusting and makes you worried about health. There are even reports of food being dropped on the floor, picked up, and then served to drive-thru customers. Many people need jobs, but some employees clearly need to be replaced and held responsible for their behavior. I'm sharing this to warn others about the potential health risks and problematic staff at this location. Calling the corporate office is useless—they don't seem to care as long as the money keeps coming in. So, before you decide to visit, make sure you're willing to take that risk for yourself or your family.

The employee also mentioned they had a large number of orders to fulfill. I don’t know about you, but this is not good business.

If you're in search of a restaurant with loud staff that uses inappropriate language and shows disrespect to customers, then this is the right place for you. It's disappointing to witness how much it has deteriorated since my first job here. I can't recommend it—better to avoid the hassle.

However, the biscuits were a bit tough, and I didn't receive the half gallon of Dr. Pepper I ordered; instead, I got a cup of cold Dr. Pepper. On the bright side, the chicken tenders were perfect. They were tender and crispy, with a light buttermilk flavor that was just right.
