As a repre... read more I had a very disappointing experience at this KFC. The staff, including the manager, Mrs. Fears, were quite rude, especially towards law enforcement. As a representative of Jefferson County, I don't think I'll be returning to this location. Their behavior is shameful, and I plan to report this to the administration. I believe something needs to be addressed. Overall, I would rate this experience negatively. I cannot recommend this KFC.

The menu offered very few choices, which I've noticed during my last several visits at different times. 2. Our food took almost 20 minutes to arrive, despite our small order. 3. If you're in search of a restaurant with loud staff that uses inappropriate language and shows disrespect to customers, then this is the right place for you. It's disappointing to witness how much it has deteriorated since my first job here. I can't recommend it—better to avoid the hassle.

However, the biscuits were a bit tough, and I didn't receive the half gallon of Dr. Pepper I ordered; instead, I got a cup of cold Dr. Pepper. On the bright side, the chicken tenders were perfect. They were tender and crispy, with a light buttermilk flavor that was just right.

After a brief wait, I received the missing items I had paid for and then left.
