Subway Restaurant - Gardendale

Very very rude owners that man needs to lose his store the way they treat people and rush your order they dont care about there customers at all and didt even wash his hands after i can hear them coughing in the back walking in the store and even stoppedmy order to make a online order. very low life place to eat rude,cheap and just disgusting people

Whoever was working got scared when I came in very unwelcoming, I will never eat there again and if you are of my race I would advise you not to either.

I got more meat on a Walmart sandwich then we did for these sandwiches that we paid a lot more money for. They just are not worth the price anymore

Horrible customer service from the manager. He gave me stale bread and did not make the sandwich to my liking. I ask for a refund and he said ?next time no more subway?. this is the second time i?ve got bad service and i will not be returning.

Giving two stars because I went to use a coupon and was told (by the woman) that they do not accept the one I had, (they do have a list posted of coupons they don't accept) the one I had was not on the list. After ordering a different option and going topay the (man) said that I could have used the coupon. Lack of communication between staff members! Order online to avoid theconfusion.
