The service is disappointing. On the few occasions my fiancé and I visited, our server vanished for at least 10 minutes each time. Interestingly, we had the same experience.
Well, what can I say... This place is just average at best, but it's Applebee's, so I really don't have high expectations. The overall atmosphere is similar to any other location...
I visited this restaurant during happy hour, and it was surprisingly empty. First, let's talk about the service—it was slow and lacked attentiveness. After we placed our order, it felt like ages before we saw our server again.
I had the Chicken Fajita Rollup and the Side Loaded Mashed Potatoes for lunch, and it was delicious! Last night, I enjoyed the Quesadilla Burger, which is one of my favorites, and it was great as well. I just wish they offered more side options. Also, I didn’t receive any silverware even though I added it to my order.
I had another excellent dinner from Applebee's! As a vegetarian, I really enjoy their house salad. My family loves the shrimp and boneless wings. The portion sizes are generous, and the food is fresh and of high quality. We even ordered Shirley Temples (not just for kids, LOL). Everything was nicely packaged for our DoorDash delivery, and our dasher, Patrick, was prompt and courteous. Thank you!
