The staff member at the window lacked customer service skills. My order was wrong—I received one curly fry and one crinkle fry instead of two crinkle fries. The brisket was dry and lacked sauce, and the fries were undercooked, with more raw potato than properly cooked fries. Be sure to check your order before leaving the window!
