This location is consistently poorly stocked and always out of something (gucamole- when other locations do have it available, forks, etc). This is the closest location to us, so we've really tried andtried and tried with this location. The last straw came on Saturday when my son went in to order a bowl. It took him nearly 20minutes to get ONE bowl! The crew was heavily unorganized and he was kept waiting while the staff prepared a large online orderafter he had already been waiting in the line. It only got worse when someone picked up their online order and it was incorrect.Again, he was kept waiting while the cashier went to fix the online order. Then he was kept waiting AGAIN while the cashierworked on bagging an online order instead of checking him out. No apology for the extensive wait, no acknowledgement of poorservice, nothing. Its no longer worth our money or time for the convenience of this location. We will not be returning.

This has been a rec... read more The order was over 20 minutes late from the promised pickup time, and it was also missing items while including part of someone else's meal. This has been a recurring issue with this restaurant, and I would recommend spending your money elsewhere. The photo illustrates how poorly some of the food was packaged. We won’t be coming back.

This is a regular problem with this location and you are better spending your money basicallyanywhere else. The photo shows how some of the food was packaged . We will not be returning.

I had not been to this location in a couple of years and I... read more Located in the Waugh Chapel Town Centre right off Route 3. Very easy to find with plenty of parking. I had not been to this location in a couple of years and I was excited to get a ?bowl.? Ordering was easy. Unfortunately, no guacamole. Two bowlswere $20 total, very reasonable. Very nice serving size, brought home for leftovers. The food was fresh and tasty, as I washoping. The server and cashier were both friendly. Now the negative. The eating area was in complete disarray. Multipletables had not been wiped down (food was literally on the tabletop). Chairs were strewn. The trash cans were almost full. Thearea where you get your utensils and drinks was a mess and dirty. Absolutely unacceptable (for management, 3 pm on 08/21/22). Until this has been fixed, I will only do take out there.
