We waited 15 minutes for someo... read more My wife and I have been to to several venues in The Spot and had a fine time, but our experience at Squeeze last night was awful. We waited 15 minutes for someone in a polo shirt (manager? asked if we had been helped, and asked how long we had beenwaiting. The bartender brought us waters and menus a few minutes later, and our waitress finally showed up about 5 minuteslater. We ordered drinks and an appetizer (that never came and even though we told our waitress we were ordering food shedidn 't come back for over 20 more minutes to get our food orders. When we received our food I told the employee who delivered usour food that we never received our appetizer, and he said he would ask a manager to remove it. As we were sitting and waitingwe watched other tables being greeted, and receiving drinks and appetizers within 10 minutes of arrival. When we received ourcheck it still had our appetizer that never arrived, and when I told the waitress she said I 'll take it off. She did notapologize, nor did she have a manager speak with us. Having many years of food service experience myself I could not believe howterrible our service was with no apology or explanation from anyone.

Last night I was here with a few friends, enjoying the night and scenery. I am 7 months pregnant and simple enjoying my time away from home. The bartenders upstairs judged me by making remarks in front of my friends as if we weren?tstanding right by the bar able to hear them. They made us feel so uncomfortable that we just left. This is rude andunprofessional especially in a tourist area. Please train your staff on appropriate hospitality regardless of their personalopinions.

The place was slow and we waited 20 minutes for a server upstairs by the bar before we had to track someone down. When the place picked up a bit later the server made sure to keep coming back every 5-20 minutes. She kept apologizing saying that she was new but she never did anything wrong.

We waited fo... read more My wife and I dined at several local restaurants recently and enjoyed our experiences, but our visit to Squeeze last night was quite disappointing. We waited for 15 minutes before someone in a polo shirt—who appeared to be the manager—came over to ask if we had been helped and how long we’d been waiting. A few minutes later, the bartender brought us water and menus, and our waitress showed up about five minutes after that. We placed our orders for drinks and an appetizer, but the appetizer never arrived. Even after we let our waitress know about the missing dish, she didn’t check on us for over 20 minutes before taking our food orders. When our meals finally arrived, I mentioned to the person delivering our food that we hadn’t received our appetizer. He assured me he would let a manager know to remove it from our bill, but that never happened. During our wait, we noticed other tables were promptly greeted and received their drinks and appetizers within 10 minutes. When our food finally came, the appetizer was still missing. I told the waitress I wanted it taken off the bill, but she provided no apology or explanation. I was taken aback by the poor service we received, with no acknowledgment or effort to rectify the situation.
