We had a great meal at number 13! the drinks, eating and service were excellent. our waitress was friendly and very attentive. she also helped us drink and dessert. the popover and buttercakes were delicious!

Third visit in a row to have the same experience food wise. Service was good, although in a very light night at the restaurant, the multiple hands that passed along my meal seem to have gotten it wrong again. When you go for upscale dining, you have to expect food better than average. Also, a laminated plastic menu was a huge turn off as well. It seems to be cutting corners all around.
