For some unknown reason, Miracle, the staff member assigned to as... read more Yesterday, August 10th, my daughter, husband, and I visited the restaurant for some smoothies. For some unknown reason, Miracle, the staff member assigned to assist us, was hiding in the office, leaving us waiting for quite a while. Eventually, another employee approached us—whose name I didn’t catch—but their attitude was quite rude. They took our orders without any greeting or friendliness and didn’t smile at all. While making our drinks, they kept their head down the entire time, and our smoothies weren't filled to the top, even though there was more substance in the container. All three employees working that day could really benefit from some customer service training.

Manager is harassing me and sending me multiple emails and calling me insinuating that I?mlying. Her shift lead messed up my order and didn?t offer to remake the item but merely offered to scoop the product out of mysmoothie bowl that I specifically requested not be included. Also didn?t add the extra topping to replace what I didn?t want inmy bowl. If she would have offered to remake the bowl I would have said yes but instead she only offered to scoop it out with aspoon which is completely unprofessional. DO NOT GO HERE. If I could give this place 0/5 stars I would. Save your money and gosomewhere else Also; when the manager originally contacted me she told me there was no order for this specific problem placedback in August, which is correct as I placed this order in November on 11/08 so it just goes to show how unprofessional themanagement is here at ALL levels. When I originally provided my feedback it was obviously for November so I?m not sure why shesaid a random date in August. I have reached out to corporate as these people should not be running this store because theyclearly have no concept of customer service. She said ?okay so next time tell us beforehand because now we have wasted product? and I saidwe did and she didn?t even acknowledge she just closed the window.
