We regretfully arrived just before closing time because the Subway at Twin Cities falsely claimed they were out of bread, even though it was stored in the back. Fortunately, Manny at C Street was incredibly friendly and eager to help us! After a long day where we had no time to eat, Subway became our last-minute stop on the way home. Manny's patience and kindness were truly appreciated, and we were grateful for his outstanding customer service!

The staff member had trouble hearing me despite the quiet environment, and my sandwich had about two inches of just bread. Additionally, she wasn't able to fold the sandwich properly.

Due to financial difficulties, I had to sit outside Subway and didn't even get to eat from their menu. Unfortunately, none of the people around offered me a meal, and over the past seven years, very few have shown any compassion. By the way, my profile suddenly changed from having no picture to displaying a profile photo. It seems like the USA dedicates a day for such things. On a side note, the address is correct, but it's actually Building C, which isn't indicated, though they do have real photos posted.

I was charged twice for my order. The elderly lady seemed unsure about how to process the sandwich payment. I recommend visiting a different location.

The staff's productivity was quite low due to inefficient workflow, resulting in longer wait times for customers than necessary. It seemed that the team was unfamiliar with different types of sandwiches and lacked a streamlined process. There should have been dedicated stations—one person focusing on meats and cheeses, another on vegetables, and someone else handling the register during the lunch rush. Unfortunately, that wasn’t the case; the staff kept bouncing between stations, leading to a hurried assembly of our lunch, which was thrown together with the wrong amounts of ingredients and ultimately left us unsatisfied. Each time I come in, there are new staff members, indicating a high turnover rate. Overall, I feel overcharged and often receive less than the minimum amount of ingredients in my orders.
