Custom order was messed up. Wouldn?t recommend stopping here. Go to Lodi or Elk Grove instead. If you go here you?re just wasting your money. Manager is harassing me and sending me multiple emails and calling me insinuating that I?mlying. Her shift lead messed up my order and didn?t offer to remake the item but merely offered to scoop the product out of mysmoothie bowl that I specifically requested not be included. Also didn?t add the extra topping to replace what I didn?t want inmy bowl. If she would have offered to remake the bowl I would have said yes but instead she only offered to scoop it out with aspoon which is completely unprofessional. DO NOT GO HERE. If I could give this place 0/5 stars I would. Save your money and gosomewhere else Also; when the manager originally contacted me she told me there was no order for this specific problem placedback in August, which is correct as I placed this order in November on 11/08 so it just goes to show how unprofessional themanagement is here at ALL levels. When I originally provided my feedback it was obviously for November so I?m not sure why shesaid a random date in August. I have reached out to corporate as these people should not be running this store because theyclearly have no concept of customer service. Hope you find this feedback helpful and save your money because it?ll be a wasteif you shop here.

We went through the drive-thru after placing our order online, and these ladies were impressive—efficient, friendly, and they crafted the best smoothies! I was having a rough day, and their excellent service really brightened my spirits. Thank you, ladies! I didn’t catch your names, but I hope you know I'm talking about you.
