I arrived after 20 minutes, only to find that I had to wait an a... read more I placed an online order at 3:30 PM, and the website said it would take about 19 to 24 minutes. I arrived after 20 minutes, only to find that I had to wait an additional 30 minutes. The restaurant wasn't very busy at that time. Another customer who came in after me mentioned that she had been waiting for her order for 40 minutes and ended up waiting at least another 20 minutes. It shouldn't take an hour to receive chicken wings! I just wanted to share my experience.

Their is a different between old chicken and bruised chicken. Chicken that has a black bone is the cheap chicken, ITSOLD!! When you pay $28 for 20 pieces for chicken it dhould not be black to the bone!!

The charges showed up on my bank so I called the store to let them know about the charges. When I called I was eminently put on hold. After 20 minutes I decided to head to the store to speak to them about it. When Igot to the store and told the girl at the register that I was on hold for 20 minutes she started laughing at me. I told her notto laugh and then she picked up the phone to take an in coming call. I hung up the phone on her and then she decided to getsomeone, I guess he was the manger on duty. I told him about what happened with the website and my card and his response was wedon't handle that you have to call corporate or your bank. Then he asked when I was on hold so I had to tell him again whathappen. I showed him my charges for the order on my phone and he said again we don't handle that you have to call corporate oryour bank. Then he asked if I had the right store. I looked it up on my phone and it had 866 for the store number. He said yathat's us but we don't have no order for you. He never once apologized for the problem or ask if I wanted them to make it. Hiswhole attitude was oh well. This was the first time I tried to use this place and I will never go there again.
