Was Anonym at Wendy's a mag?
When we arrived at this restaurant, it was very busy. There were cars lining up through the building and a line almost out the door in the front. Everyone working there was incredibly friendly, it was clear that they enjoyed their job. However, when we got home with our order, my entire meal was missing (10 piece nugget and fries.) What Anonym dislikes about Wendy's:
I wouldn't even give this restaurant a single star. My sister and I ordered two chicken wraps, but after waiting for 30 minutes, still no food. When I inquired, the server mentioned that they were still cooking the chicken. Frustrated, I asked for a refund, received it, and left. I got charged for an item they told me they didn't have. They didn't refund my money because they didn't know how to do it. Food was fresh and fast so I'll give it a 3 stars

Under the circumstances I felt staff young manager were doing an exceptional job trying their to best to serve their customers. Due to lettuce shortage salads were out chili ran out. Manager offered my daughter something else at no charge due to the inconvenience.
