While I don't believe they offer it any more, our wedding cake was made here and I still think about how delicious and beautiful (and cheap! that cake was. I cannot say enoughnice things about this local business. Most importantly, the food is delicious. Portions are large and affordable. The staffworks hard and is kind. And the muffins are ridiculous. Definitely try some if it's a first visit. The pancakes are particularlygood with an excellent, crispy exterior and fluffy interior. In all my times eating here, I've never had a less than greatexperience. On the rare occasion a mistake is made, the staff has fixed it immediately without issue. I don't think there's abetter place for breakfast or lunch in Gainesville. To the staff of The Bakery Mill, thank you.

Their muffins are the best we?ve had in Gainesville. We noticed that many people stopped by the restaurant just to buy the muffins. Wealso recommend classic reuben.

Bacon was cooked perfectly (not undercooked or over crispy). French toast had perfect cinnamon flavor and texture. Muffins were moist anddelicious. Most importantly, the service was fun, warm and friendly! Our server and the young man at the counter were a joy tochat with as they took care of us. The food came out in minutes. Absolute gem of a find! Will definitely be back and highlyrecommend!

I prefer the muffins (which are huge, I only eat half at a time, if that) or a breakfast sandwich on a croissant. My husband says their biscuits and gravy are fantastic. They have a decent variety, especially being so small. The staff are allnice and attentive, and always hustling. The atmosphere is kind of like a diner, but not as loud (depending on how many patronsare there). It can get busy, so order in advance if you're not planning to eat there, or you just HAVE to have a specificmuffin.

Reminded me of First Watch in Ocala. The Bakery mill's pancakes and biscuits have a much different taste. You can tell it's fresh. Bacon was crispy and yummy. I wasn't overly impressed with the muffins though.
