Just eating the leftovers. Ordered organic beet salad and salmon. I would have offered a vegetable base to serve salmon instead of black bean flutes. The food and service
The place was a bit too noisy for my tastes. Perhaps that loudly cackling woman at a nearby table was to blame. Perhaps it's the location: next door to a bar popular with the college kids that often has loud outdoor dancing going on. Its food was good, but not spectacular.
My friend and I go to the Paramount Grill for special occasions or for a leisurely Sunday brunch. The entrees are not your standard offerings. The menu offers some unique selections which gets us out of our comfort zone of only eating what we know.The staff are always very pleasant and we never feel rushed. We definitely intend to go again.
We arrived at 1230pm and was told we have no tables.. I had to ask if there would be a table available even thoughi passed a clean one on the way in.. I was then told we have one table outside. When the hostess left the stand to grab the table setupand she walked by with no words and expected us to follow her. Her tone was very rude and unwelcoming. However the server whobrought us water was very pleasant. But the damage was done we chose to leave.
