They not only got our order wrong but when we went around again to get more food they refused to answer at the drive through, we waited twenty minutes at the drive through window only for the man to say they were closed. It was forty minutes before close. I know that people wanna close but you don’t act so rudely to your customers, which is the number one reason that Krystal’s are closing down.

The person working the window was cool, she gotmy order right first time, and she got the extra stuff I asked for.
