It's anything but an original pretzel! Paying $6 for half-baked bagel dough dipped in melted butter and coarse salt is a real shame. If you're going to call them pretzels, at least have the intelligence to use a recipe from the country of origin. View all feedback.

In my four weeks stay in Canada, this is the only place where the personnel served without a smile. They were cold and gave very rude attitude.
