I recently went on a cruise through Canada and we stopped in Halifax. I did some research on the best breweries to visit Unfiltered was on the list. We ended up walking there from the cruise terminal (after some sightseeing), which is a bit of a far walk. ordering on the line, but when I arrived, called, and asked for a board pickup I got an rude answer. I was told I could come in, but when I said I would prefer it, I got a ok, click, and then someone came and pushed the beer in my boxroom without word. would not recommend the space for customer service capabilities. only liked 1 out of 4 animals I bought so that the place is a fit for me. Owner is a piece of work. Rude and obnoxious on two experiences and regarded as unfriendly when I asked other patrons.
Tonight, I decided to try some unfiltered beer at this restaurant. It definitely won't take me 12 years to finish it. According to a loyal fan, Jim Moody, this is the best IPA/Beer in all of Canada. Wow, GoBeer really impressed me.
Great craft brews, especially their Schwarzbier 'play with fire ' super smokey, and their IPA flagship Exile on North. Charm School Pub ' plays , hands down, some of the best tunes in town, for a certain vintage of geezer who never minds the **** or rocking the Casbah.
