We decided to try out The Med restaurant as we are staying in another Portobay hotel nearby visited previously a few years ago. Wow the food has certainly gone upmarket since then. We were greeted by Richardo who along with Samina another colleague looked after us really well. The crab starter was delicious, beautifully presented. When we asked for some more bread it was brought swiftly. The main courses were also lovely, but the real show stoppers were our desserts. They were fantastic. (I had the pear as shown in DrPKR’s review) They looked different to how you would expect flavours sublime.
