I ordered a turkey sandwich and received a sandwich filled only with vegetables, no turkey in sight. It's baffling how they could forget such a crucial element of a sandwich. It's time for them to reevaluate their training and improve their standards. On top of that, on a previous visit, they claimed they didn't serve mac and cheese bread bowls, despite it being clearly listed on the menu. The cleanliness of the location also seems questionable, based on other reviews. This experience was highly disappointing and I wouldn't recommend dining here.

On the second bite of my sandwich I pulled out a 5 inch hair. I 'm done.I immediately returned to the store. I stood in line for a few minutes, then returned the sandwich and soda and asked for a refund, which they provided.However, I would have thought I would have received an apology, an offer to remake the food, or anything for my trouble. Nope. Not even a simple sorry for the issue . Nothing. And zero concessions on my now cold mac cheese.I don 't usually write bad reviews, but this experience was worthy of one.I will not return.
