Panera Bread - Fulton

The staff at this restaurant location seem to lack basic competence. I ordered a turkey sandwich and received a sandwich filled only with vegetables, no turkey in sight. It's baffling how they could forget such a crucial element of a sandwich. It's time for them to reevaluate their training and improve their standards. On top of that, on a previous visit, they claimed they didn't serve mac and cheese bread bowls, despite it being clearly listed on the menu. The cleanliness of the location also seems questionable, based on other reviews. This experience was highly disappointing and I wouldn't recommend dining here.

We ordered two Roasted Turkey and Avocado BLT for me and my husband, as always missing this and missing that, after good 30 minutes waiting we got our order takeout) absolutely disappointed about the quality , soggy bread, only few pieces of turkey. I try this location when they just opened, this is not the same Panera bread, poor food quality, poor service, poor MANAGEMENT. Stay away and save your money.Parking: no comment

I went through the drive-thru and ordered a Smokehouse bbq chicken sandwich, a diet soda, mac and cheese, and 2 cookies.I got home and noticed they gave me regular soda. On the second bite of my sandwich I pulled out a 5 inch hair. I 'm done.I immediately returned to the store. I stood in line for a few minutes, then returned the sandwich and soda and asked for a refund, which they provided.However, I would have thought I would have received an apology, an offer to remake the food, or anything for my trouble. Nope. Not even a simple sorry for the issue . Nothing. And zero concessions on my now cold mac cheese.I don 't usually write bad reviews, but this experience was worthy of one.I will not return.

Great fresh quality ingredients. A little disappointed in the tiny amount of Turkey in the turkey avocado BLT on this particular visit.
