Contribute FeedbackGalliano's offers a blend of experiences that range from delightful to disappointing. While many diners rave about the warm atmosphere and accommodating service, others were less impressed by the food, indicating that it often falls into the realm of the ordinary. Signature dishes like branzino and classic chicken parmigiana receive praise for their generous portions and flavor. However, inconsistent quality, unremarkable entrees, and a lack of menu knowledge from some servers hinder the overall experience. Despite these setbacks, the restaurant's commitment to customer satisfaction shines through, making it a potential favorite for family dining and special occasions.
This restaurant always delivers and is very convenient! My favorite dish is the branzino. The portion size is so generous that I can enjoy it again the next day!
Our server, Joe, was fantastic. He was attentive and asked insightful questions to ensure our dining experience was great.
The food was excellent and the service was exceptional. The staff was very attentive to our needs.
Great food but very loud. Hard to talk without speaking loudly. Maybe putting too many people in the space at once.
This is the first time my wife and I have ever walked out of a restaurant. Party of 2, arrived at 6pm for a 6:30pm reservation. My wife and I enjoyed a drink at the bar, which was excellent. We were then seated outside at 6:30, and things went downhill. We saw 2-3 servers/staff stop and look at us but no one, no one, said anything to us, let alone greet us. It was a gorgeous night and we were chatting so we didn't pay much mind. After a bit, however, it was ridiculous. My wife went to the hostess stand. We were quickly given some bread and waters. It was 7:05pm. We were told the manager and a server would be over in a minute. At this point we were done. At 7:08pm we had it and left, opting to walk a short distance to Lib's Grill. On the walk over I called the restaurant to ask why we were ignored and spoke with the manager. While pleasant and apologetic out night out was compromised. She said they were short staffed and had several large parties that needed attention. We were very much looking forward to a good night and what looked and smelled to be great food. The manager asked us to come back and she would give us a $25 gift certificate. I said we were there for 38 minutes at a table, in the front to boot, and were completely ignored. Why would we walk back? In this day and age, completely unacceptable. Shame on Galliano, thank you Lib's Grill for a terrific meal and outstanding service!
