My Egg McMuffin was served cold, and instead of being attended to by a staff member, I had to use a self-service kiosk. To top it off, the kiosk even asked if I wanted to tip my "server." Seriously?
Another McDonald's that simply can't keep the restrooms in order. I informed them twice, an hour apart, that the toilet paper was out and that the restroom was messy, yet there was no response. Four hours later, it's still in this disgusting state.
Amory's McDonald's is consistently great. Always good, fresh food and nice employees. This store is owned by the Tomeys, and they really know how to effectively run these stores.
Not one time have i ever ordered a mcdouble from here and actually gotten a fresh just cooked one that actually had everything that was suppose to be on it. If they can't read instructions while working fast food then they will never make anywhere else. Yall have GOT to TRAIN these kids better so they don't have to deal with rude customers simply because they didn't read what goes on the sandwich or what doesn't. And also maybe not keep old food laying around all day so yall can give it to customers to get them out of the drive thru quicker. Yall were actually overstaffed tonight and still didn't have anyone that could get an order right. Makes no sense why management can't help these kids out or at least the ones who actually wanna do their jobs right. If I could give no stars I would!!
ALL 4 cheeseburgers I bought this afternoon at the Fulton MS McDonald's was very disappointing and I was completely upset with the blatant lack of quality of the burgers sold to me and my kid! ALL 4 BURGERS were literally the worst I've ever seen! The bread had hardened like they had been sitting around from the night before, the meat was so hard (not burnt, just OLD), the cheese was dry with edges crusty, the condiment was near non existent like it had dried up and I noticed no pickles or cut onions as if someone previously scraped them off or something who knows.I was so appalled by this that the best decision in my opinion was not returning them AS I SHOULD HAVE DONE... Trust me that was the best way to handle it because I didn't think I would be able to make it through without blowing my top.I don't EVER WRITE REVIEWS but... this deserves a big middle finger!Time of my Visit: 2-3 pm today 02/07/24The employees who served those burgers should be ashamed because they KNOW how long those burgers sat there before they lazily decided to go ahead and sell them and not cook some more...I think they should have eaten all four of I'd brought them back...see what rotten disgusting food they thought my child should be happy with it!
