We dined there on a Sunday evening and, unfortunately, they had run out of sweet tea and spoons, and the drink machine was not working. I ordered well-done French fries but ended up with cold ones instead. On the brighter side, their chili was absolutely delicious!
I had a frustrating experience at the Wendy's inside the Roadrunner Truckstop in Brinkley, Arkansas. It felt like a waste of time, money, and patience. I would recommend looking for other dining options, as you might be better off waiting to eat somewhere else. The service was lacking, and the manager I spoke to was not very helpful. If you have any issues, I suggest reaching out to Wendy's Corporate directly.
I will never return. The so-called large frosty is actually just a small 8 oz serving now. I'm really fed up with everything getting downsized. I ordered a small chicken sandwich and an 8 oz frosty for $8.32. The price wouldn't bother me if the portions weren't so small. Large frosties used to be twice this size.
The service was excellent, but unfortunately, the food did not meet our expectations. My wife and I received cold dishes, and when the staff tried to warm them up in the microwave, they still got it wrong. We ordered sweet tea but were served unsweetened tea instead. They took my glass back to add sugar, but rather than preparing a fresh glass, they just added sugar to the bottom, which was quite unappealing. Additionally, my prime rib was not cooked to my request. We had to involve management to get our order corrected.
I've been coming to this Wendy's in Fulton, MS about once a week, and this is the first time I've been told I need to go inside to pick up an online order. I've never seen this at any other fast-food drive-thru. It doesn't really make sense. The app even asks if you want carry-out or drive-thru, so if there's a new policy requiring online orders to be picked up inside, they should at least have a sign letting customers know. It's frustrating because once you're in the drive-thru line, it's difficult to turn around.
